To book a lesson, sign in to your Acuity Scheduling account and schedule online as usual. If you have available package credits, they will automatically be applied during checkout.

Lessons canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time automatically return the lesson credit to your account. Credits may be used to book another lesson before your package expires.

Yes. Any unused credits remain available until their original expiration date, and additional packages may be purchased at any time.

Yes! Package credits may be used to book lessons at any Swim with Melina pool location, subject to availability.

Lesson packages expire one year from the date of purchase. To make the most of your package, be sure to review the planned holidays and vacation closures online when planning future bookings.

If I need to cancel a lesson, you will never lose your lesson credit. The lesson credit will either be returned to your account for future booking or, if preferred, I can refund the cost of the missed lesson.
