FAQs
Do I need to purchase a package to secure a standing lesson reservation.
Yes. Standing reservations (a recurring weekly time slot) are only available with an active package. Single lessons can be booked as available but are not guaranteed week to week.
What happens if I need to cancel a lesson?
The system only allows rescheduling within the cancellation window — there is no option to cancel online. If you’d like to cancel now and reschedule at a later time, please contact me directly and I’ll return the credit to your account to use later.
What if I want to pause lessons for vacation or school breaks?
If you'd like to keep your standing lesson reservation while you’re away, you’ll need to maintain an active package through the end of your vacation. Any missed standing lessons during that time can be used as makeup lessons.
Can I purchase multiple packages?
Yes. Some families prefer to keep multiple packages, especially if they have several children taking lessons at the same time. However, packages may also be shared among family members, so it isn’t always necessary to buy more than one.
Can I maintain my weekly time slot when my package ends?
Your spot will be held, but you’ll need to log in and rebook online to confirm it for the new term. If not rebooked within 1 week, the spot may be offered to another family.
