Standing Lesson Reservations

FAQs
Do I need to purchase a package or subscription to secure a standing lesson reservation.
Yes. Standing reservations (a recurring weekly time slot) are only available with an active package or subscription. Single lessons can be booked as available but are not guaranteed week to week.
What happens if I need to cancel a lesson?
The system only allows rescheduling within the cancellation window — there is no option to cancel online. If you’d like to cancel now and reschedule at a later time, please contact me directly and I’ll return the credit to your account to use later.
What if I want to pause lessons for vacation or school breaks?
If you'd like to keep your standing lesson reservation while you’re away, you’ll need to maintain an active subscription or package through the end of your vacation. Any missed standing lessons during that time can be used as makeup lessons.
Can I switch from a subscription to a package (or vice versa)?
Yes. To switch from a subscription to a package, you’ll need to cancel your subscription before the next charge and then purchase a package. If you’ve already purchased a package and want to move to a subscription, you’ll need to wait until the end of your package term or choose to purchase a subscription concurrently before the package ends.
Can I purchase multiple packages or subscriptions?
Yes. Some families prefer to keep multiple packages or subscriptions, especially if they have several children taking lessons at the same time. However, both subscriptions and packages may also be shared among family members, so it isn’t always necessary to buy more than one.
What happens if I forget to rebook my standing lesson at the start of a subscription term?
Your spot will be held, but you’ll need to log in and rebook online to confirm it for the new term. If not rebooked within a reasonable timeframe, the spot may be offered to another family.
