How do I make an Acuity Scheduling account?
Go to schedulewithmelina.as.me
Click Sign Up in the top-right corner.
Enter your contact information and agree to Acuity Scheduling’s Terms of Service.
Note: Sign in to your Acuity Scheduling account before adding items to your shopping cart for faster checkout.
How do I purchase multiple packages or subscriptions for multiple children?
Go to the Packages & Subscriptions Catalog.
Click Add to cart next to each desired package or subscription.
Proceed to payment once all items are in your cart.
How can I use my package or subscription to schedule lessons?
Go to schedulewithmelina.as.me and click Login (top right).
Choose your pool location, appointment type, and appointment date/time.
At checkout, click the + sign next to Package, Gift, or Coupon Code and select View Your Redeemable Codes.
Choose the desired subscription or package to apply.
How do I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Log in at schedulewithmelina.as.me.
From the drop-down menu in the top-right corner, click Appointments.
Select Reschedule (to rebook immediately) or Cancel (to rebook later).
How do I book recurring weekly lessons vs. single lessons?
Note: Standing Lesson Reservations are only for package and subscription holders.
Log in at schedulewithmelina.as.me.
Select your pool location, appointment type, and time.
Click Select and Make Recurring to set up weekly lessons.
Subscriptions: Book up to 1 month at a time (must rebook every 4 weeks).
Packages: Book up to 12 months in advance, depending on your package.
How can I switch from a subscription to a package (or vice versa)?
Log in at schedulewithmelina.as.me.
In the top-right corner, next to your email, click the down arrow and select Manage Codes.
Click Manage Subscription (or Package), then click Cancel.
Go to the Packages & Subscriptions Catalog to purchase the new option.
How do I cancel or reschedule a lesson outside of the 12-hour cancellation window?
Online rescheduling and canceling is not available within 12 hours of your lesson. Please text Melina immediately if you cannot attend.
How do I schedule multiple lessons for multiple children?
All lessons can be managed under one Acuity account.
Follow the steps in “How can I use my package or subscription to schedule lessons?”
On the appointment confirmation page, click Schedule Another Appointment (top left).
For back-to-back lessons, choose consecutive time slots (e.g., 9:00 a.m. and 9:20 a.m. for two 20-minute lessons).
Repeat as needed.
How can I book or reschedule lessons at different pools?
Rescheduling at the same pool: Use the reschedule option in your account.
Booking at a different pool: Cancel the original lesson, then rebook at your preferred pool location.
Steps:
Log in at schedulewithmelina.as.me.
Select the desired pool from the category list.
Complete the booking process.
How do I maintain my Standing Lesson Reservation when my subscription or package ends?
Note: A Standing Lesson Reservation is only available for clients with an active package or subscription.
If you have a subscription:
Your subscription will automatically renew every 4 weeks. Once your new term begins, you’ll need to log in and rebook your Standing Lesson Reservation online for the next 4 weeks.If you have a package:
Packages do not renew automatically. To keep your Standing Lesson Reservation, repurchase a new package within 48 hours of your current one ending, then rebook your Standing Lesson Reservation for the new term.

How do I update my payment method or billing information?
Log in at schedulewithmelina.as.me.
In the top-right corner, next to your email, click the down arrow and select Manage Codes.
Click Manage Subscription (or Package).
Select Change Card.
Update your payment information.
How can unused credits be transferred to a new term?
Subscriptions: Unused credits automatically transfer as long as your subscription remains active.
Packages: Unused credits do not automatically transfer.
Purchase a new package when your current term ends.
Text Melina at (949) 275-1201 to let her know to transfer credits over.
How do I sign up again after my subscription or package ends?
Subscriptions: Payment renews automatically every 4 weeks. Credits will be added to your account.
Packages: Packages do not renew automatically. Please repurchase from the Packages & Subscriptions Catalog.
To maintain your Standing Lesson Reservation, repurchase within 48 hours of your package expiring.
Note: Acuity does not send automated expiration reminders. Please set a personal calendar reminder.
