Vacation Form: Let Me Know You’ll Be Away

Planning a vacation or taking time off from swim lessons? Use this form to let me know when your child(ren) will be unavailable. It helps me manage your schedule, lesson credits, and your subscription or package accurately.

If you plan to resume lessons and would like to keep your standing lesson reservation:

Holiday Break (Child’s Fall & Winter School Break):
Your subscription or package will be paused, and lessons will automatically resume when you return—no need to reschedule.
Personal Vacation (Outside of Holiday Breaks):
Your subscription will remain active, and any missed lessons may be rescheduled as makeup sessions according to the cancellation policy.
